Operating standards. All automobile graveyards and junkyards permitted pursuant to section 3753 in
Durham are required to comply with the following standards:
              1.   Submit this completed application prior to having your junkyard inspected by the code officer, but not
                   later than September 1st.
              2.   Schedule an inspection of the junkyard with the Durham Code Officer prior to September 1st.
              3.   Notify ALL abutters prior to the permit hearing held by notice from the Select Board.

A.
