BUDGET COMMITTEE

Meeting Minutes for 3/30/26

Present:    Neil Berry, Phyllis Brannon, Donna Church, Marc Derr,
            Jill Gastonguay, Alan Purinton, Milt Simon, Jeff Wakeman

Meeting called to order at 6:34 p.m. inside Eureka Community Center

Committee welcomed new member Jeff Wakeman

Committee voted Milt Simon to be Committee Chair (7-0-1)

Committee voted Jill Gastonguay to be Committee Vice Chair (7-0-1)

Committee discussed financial-related questions to be asked of Selectboard members and Department Heads during next Selectboard meeting scheduled for April 14, 2026

Committee voted for remainder of previously scheduled Budget Committee meetings to now be held at the Fire Station if that meeting room is available (7-1)

Next Meeting: Monday, April 6, 2026, at the Durham Fire Station, starting at 6:30 p.m.
