ARTICLE 18: ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT, & PENALTIES

Section 18.1. ADMINISTERING AGENCIES

F. Select Board: The Select Board shall be responsible for reviewing and acting upon State required licenses as set forth in this Ordinance. The Select Board, upon recommendation of the Planning Board and review by the Town Attorney, shall be authorized to make non-substantive corrections to the text of this Ordinance, including but not limited to, correcting typographical errors, misspellings, incorrect cross-references within the Ordinance, and updating references to State statutory citations. Such corrections shall be limited to ensuring accuracy and consistency of the adopted text and shall not alter the intent, meaning, or substantive provisions of any regulation enacted by voters at Town Meeting. The Select Board shall maintain a record of all such corrections made, including the date of the correction and a brief description of the change.
