Historic District Commission Meeting Minutes March 14, 2024 Eureka Community Center, 6:00pm
Meeting called to order 6:00 pm Quorum established

III. Approve Minutes Approve meeting minutes from February 8, 2024
Motion to approve minutes Seconded All in favor
David McLellan abstains
IV. Information and Reports (no vote necessary) a. Transfer of the Union Church will go on the warrant for April 6, 2024 town meeting. Language change made to warrant (if, then language)
b. Joe Tom discusses articles: 28, 17 to add $9,000 dollars, approx. $31,000. Warrants have not been voted on as of March 14, 2024.
c. Warrant articles transfer language does not include the parking lot.
Motion to support the articles 17, 27, 28
Seconded Discussion: reiterate the DHDC support All in favor None opposed
a. Public relations pamphlet -200 brochures were printed, still need folding -Planning to distribute at town meeting

No plans to speak at town meeting in official DHDC capacity

We support what the Select Board has decided on behalf of the transfer.
VIII. Path way a. Proposes milestones, once a quarter, goal with timelines, b. Durham history table at DCS, part of our charge to work with DHS, coloring book c. Pull up calendars and look at social events in Durham
