Durham Conservation Commission

January 21, 2026; 6:30 – 8:00 pm; Eureka Center

DCC Attendees: Sam Cuccaro, Jess Costa, Roberta Brezinski, Mike Friendly, Jeff Tindall

December meeting notes approved

1. Shannon from GPCOG attended virtually to discuss February 26th community meeting and other open space plan next steps. GPCOG and FBE will present on existing conditions from FBE’s review DCC will greet people at the door and help run information stations/engagement activities

2. Roberta had discussions with key Town staff and will fill out spreadsheet for the Community Resilience Self-Evaluation with the List of Community Actions for reenrollment in the Community Resilience Partnership.

3. Debrief on Greystone Ridge December 20th site walk (private road culvert maintenance/monitoring).

4. Subdivision development letters to Select Board.

5. Site walk proposed cluster subdivision "Ivy Ridge" on Sunday, January 25th at 1:00pm at 335 Newell Brook Road.

6. Community event (2/26/26) will be the next DCC meeting Meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
