Durham Conservation Commission

November 19, 2025; 6:30 – 8:00 pm; Eureka Center

DCC Attendees: Sam Cuccaro, Jess Costa, Roberta Brezinski, Mike Friendly, Jeff Tindall, Kelly Waddle

September meeting notes approved (there was no October meeting

Debrief on Select Board meeting (no significant SB comments, George recommended drafting open space plan so it can easily be pulled into the next Comprehensive Plan update)

Open Space Plan Status Update

• GPCOG emailed communications and project management plan as well as community survey drafts today and wanted comments by November 26

• DCC will need more time to comment on the plans

• DCC went over the draft community survey, Roberta will send GPCOG DCC’s comments

Proposed Developments

• Quaker Meeting House Road cluster subdivision

• DCC appreciates the cluster design and 46 acres to go to open space/won’t be developed

• Jess to draft letter to Planning Board with comments
