1. Call to Order & Establishment of Quorum, Pledge of Allegiance Minutes: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by Joe Roy, Selectboard Chair. Joe Roy, Selectboard Chair - present Josh Klein-Golden, Selectboard Vice Chair - present

2. Amendments to Agenda Minutes: None

3. Public Comments: Limited to 3 Minutes Per Person

5. New Business

a. Select Board Approval of Junkyard Permits Minutes: Guest: Alan Plummer, Code Enforcement Officer Josh Klein-Golden motioned to approve the two (2) junkyard permits, retro active to October 1, 2024 for a one-year period. Joe Tomm seconded. Vote results: Page 1 Ayes: 5 / Nays: 0

b. 2025 Budget Discussion Minutes: The Select Board discussed recommendations for the 2025 Budget to the Town Manager.

6. Manager Report Minutes: None

7. Board Member Reports

a. Joe Roy, Chair Minutes: Working with the Agricultural Committee to help get them established and anticipates them to start meeting sometime in January 2025.

b. Heather Roy Minutes: Update on a resident who filed a complaint/concern (Joe Roy responded that he had emailed the resident.) Attended the Durham Historical District Commission meeting on Thursday, December 12 and the Commission would like to know which Select Board Meeting they will be attending with the Town Attorney in January of 2025. Where are we at with the Solid Waste Committee By-Laws? (Joe Roy responded with guidance from MMA, that the Boards and Committees are responsible for their own by-laws.) Closing Loop Sheet - (Joe Roy and Deb Oliver are working on the loop sheets with color codes for tracking their projects.) Add Violation Policy that was recommended by the CEO to an agenda, as soon as possible.

a. Approve Minutes from December 10, 2024 Selectboard Meeting

b. Approve and Sign AP Warrant for December 17, 2024 Minutes: Josh Klein-Golden motioned to approve the Consent Agenda. Joe Tomm seconded. Vote results: Ayes: 5 / Nays: 0

9. Upcoming Meeting(s) and Town News

a. Town Offices will be closed on December 24th and December 25th for the Holiday.

b. Planning Board Regular Meeting & BESS Workshop, January 8, 2025 (Fire Station, 6:30pm)

c. Select Board Meeting, January 14, 2025 (Fire Station, 6:30pm)
