SOLID WASTE COMMITTEE - Meeting Minutes for 1/12/26

Present:     Juliet Caplinger, Catherine Curtis, Milt Simon, Todd Beaulieu, Phyliss Brannon
              Calvin Beaumier and Deborah Oliver = Town Representatives

Meeting called to order at 6:32 p.m. inside Eureka Community Center

Meeting Minutes from 12/8/25 were approved, with one amendment (typo correction)

Committee gave final approval of its Trash pickup recommendations. Juliet and Catherine are to present these recommendations during the 1/27/26 Selectboard meeting.

Committee determined that its next area of focus would be to develop a summary of the committee’s work since its inception in early Spring, 2024.

Committee voted in favor (4-1) of working on recommendations for a solid waste ordinance, once the automated trash pickup program has been implemented.

Next Meeting: Monday, March 9, 2026 at the Eureka Community Center starting at 6:30 p.m.

Meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
