ARTICLE 2: ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS
Section 2.3. DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
A. Uncertainty of Boundaries - Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the various districts as shown on the Official Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
6. Where physical or cultural features existing on the ground are at variance with those shown on the Official Zoning Map, or in circumstances where the items covered by Paragraphs (1) through (5) above are not clear, the Board of Appeals Planning Board shall interpret the district boundaries.
ARTICLE 17: BOARD OF APPEALS
Section 17.3. POWERS AND DUTIES
The powers and duties of the Board of Appeals shall be as follows:
D. District Boundary Lines Interpretation: An interpretation of Zone boundaries may be made as part of an appeal hearing or made at the request of the Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, or Code Enforcement Officer.
